Maike Gericke is an expert in innovation, strategy and user adoption in the blockchain space. Her consultancy Scrypt.Media focuses on supporting impactful and sustainable use cases of blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology. Prior to founding Scrypt.Media, she defined global strategies at a Global500 company, where her work centred around digital transformation in Financial Services. Maike’s path involved immersion into various areas: from graphic/ web design to marketing, human-centred design, global strategy and innovation management, and from fashion to software and emerging technologies. She is passionate about the potential of blockchain in enabling equality, inclusion and access for all. Maike is a contributor to PostiveBlockchain.io, a member of the EU Blockchain Observatory, and serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications (INATBA).
